How do Producers and NDs find the perfect job match?
In every job/candidate search there is due diligence, lot's of questions asked, but many times we find the answers too late .... both for the Talent and ND. How can you improve your chances of finding the perfect job/candidate match?

It starts with information gathering, some of which is not visible or readily available. Objectivity is critical though. Consider the source and keeping your eyes and ears open. Many times your peers, recruiter, or agent might not be the best judge. Consider what motivates your informant; sometimes it's just revenge, money, or even jealousy.
Experience and history can be terrific predictors of the future. A consistent pattern of two or three year and outs, both in the candidate and hiring manager's directs, is probably a good indicator of either pro and/or con. People are leaving because it's toxic or it's a sign of a great manager moving people up based on capability and performance.
The company culture many times is the best predictor of future fit. Structure, ownership, size, geography/location, and industry all need to be evaluated.
