Meet the New TalentBlvd Talent Client Advisory Board!
One of my proudest career accomplishments right here. Announcing a new Talent Client Advisory Board for TalentBlvd that is wonderfully diverse, highly motivated, and ready to help us create lasting industry change.
This new Advisory Board ranges in experience from a J-School Junior Intern to Top 10 DMA Asst NDs, Reporters, Anchors, and Hosts. They have accepted the challenge to guide the TalentBlvd Leadership Team via their personal experiences and industry insights.
In these volunteer roles, this Board will help us improve equity, efficiency, and transparency in TV News Talent Acquisition from the talent side perspective.
In the coming month, we will also be seating a new Hiring Manager Client Advisory Board for TalentBlvd that will include News Directors, Talent Acquisition, Executive Producers, and Talent Agents. I'm hopeful that we would receive nominations shortly.
